Ordered a chicken parmigiana with spaghetti and instead got dried spaghetti with bits of chicken and no sauce
The review from Christine Stone is dead wrong. Unfortunately I was a witness to her ?Karen? showing while my family and I were... simply trying to enjoy our delicious meal from Sal?s that NEVER lets us down. I am an advocate for good businesses. Sal?s neverdisappoints and if something is accidentally messed up they will replace it immediately or offer a credit in the future. I havebeen a customer for 20+ years. Of course they will not accommodate disrespectful customers that yell at the young counterworkers, that is the only reason I can see this business not replacing or crediting their FRESH food.
