Stoped by tonight before 10pm and the place was already closed. There were two employees inside cleaning up and looked at me as... I tried to open the door and kept going about their cleaning business. If your hours at this location have changed, pleaseupdate them for your customers. Read more
Did not have the flavor ice cream cake they said had on the phone 15 minutes earlier. I was told there were many different... sizes of the flavor cookies and cream on chocolate. There was not a single chocolate cake. Obviously she didn't know what wasthere. I did try an ice cream pizza. Bit expensive, but great product. Worth trying. Read more
It is impossible to order anything from this restaurant in Durdas, the address is incorrect.
So I walked out of the Baskin-Robbins located on the corner of Manzanita and Cypress today scratching my head in frustration.... Everyone knows that you can order a cup or a cone with two different kinds of ice cream in it, it's been going on since thebeginning of ice cream shops. I asked the staff there to put two different kinds of ice cream into a quart container for me.They said "we don't do that". When I asked why I just got a blank stare. I then asked are the flavors of ice cream a differentprice and if so I'm happy to pay the higher price in order to get what I want. They answered "no all the ice creams are the sameprice". So I then asked again "why can't I have two different flavors of ice cream in a quart if I can get two different flavorsof ice cream in a cup or on a cone?" Again a blank stare. At no point in time did it strike any of the three employees standingin front of me that this was a customer service issue and to simply put two different flavors of ice cream in a quart, since itmakes zero difference in price, ring me up and say have a good evening sir. Whoever's training and or managing the staff thereneeds to play closer attention and encourage their employees to simply just use common sense. I have 20 years of customerservice experience and I'm baffled at the lack of effort and complete lack of common sense constantly displayed at this store.If all the ice creams are the same price it doesn't matter if you put one type of ice cream into a quart or two or even three.The reason why I'm taking time to write this particular post is because this is the second time that I've gotten poor customerservice from this location. Hopefully this reaches somebody that can affect change in the store and we won't have these types ofproblems moving forward. Good luck. Read more

I have stopped by this location twice in the last week trying to take my son for ice cream. The internet said they were open... until 10, but when we got there a sign said they were closing at 9. It was 8:55, but the door was locked and the employeesignored us. Tonight we tried again. We got there at 8:40 and as we drove up the employee locked the door and ignored us.
