We were recommended Carnation Cafe by a friend and decided to take a drive out of the city and try this place out! We originally... planned for breakfast but was greeted with weekend BBQ and live music instead! What a treat for a sunny Saturday! Sat outside onthe patio and was nicely greeted by everyone working. Very small, local family feel that we loved. Enjoyed a few beers, livemusic, and delicious food! Got pretty packed but everyone was still very attentive. I would definately be back for the smokedbacon, jalapeno and cheese empanadas and the baked beans were so so good! Quality food and service here! Everything tasted great from the coffee to the French toast, omelet and pancakes! Mid morning and... it wasn't very busy because it's a small town but we would definitely come back! We didn't get any of the smoked meats butdefinitely want to next time! Such a great offering!
