I hadn?t noticed this Dunkin? before & was happy to find this Dunkin I ordered a Chai Latte on the app & when I arrived there... were several workers none of which greeted me& after waitin near mobile pick up someone finally came over &asked me what Iwanted I said my order & the other worker who had her back to me & ignored me said something to him & he said they can only makeit cold which I did not want not only that he said to come back later she didn?t offer me my $ back or apologize Not very goodcustomer service at all!!! The last 3 visits my donuts have been hard as a rock and all of the frosting seemed to be missing. Not to mention the lids on... the coffees are rarely put on properly and pop off while trying to drink and then empty some of drink on you while driving. Read more
