Besides the books and the unique location and setting, the restaurant is second to none. All the food is fresh and made daily.... If you want a treat try their soups. THE BEST!! Read more
Amazing menu of tempting choices. Food is fresh and of high quality. Much of the menu including desserts and sweets are made... fresh. Today, I enjoyed the broccoli cheese quiche with a cup of homemade barely soup - was fantastic! Try the bourbon pecan piecomplete with fresh homemade whip cream. Read more
A delightful choice for lunch after shopping in downtown St Charles. Our favorite is Lea's Grilled Cheese, so tasty and fresh.... Side can be veggie chips or seasonal fruit. Portions are generous, but save room for dessert! Then browse the unique books inthe adjacent independent bookstore. Parking can be a challenge, so you may walk a block or two.
