Excellent food and experience! We didn't even make it off of the starter menu. You know a restaurant is good when all of the... starters look good. Make reservations as it is a small dining space. Philip was our server and he was great. Next time we'lltake on the entrees. Four starters one side and a bottle of wine for under $120. These days it's a deal for high qualitydelicious food! We visited Salt Fish on July 19 for a nice dinner on our first visit to Carolina Beach and had a great experience. The fish we... ordered was caught that day and the fresh flavor was accentuated by the cooking technique. My husband ordered the mahi and I hadthe swordfish. The wine selection was excellent as well. On a second visit, I would try a fusion dish as the menu had manytempting options. We also had the hummus as an appetizer, and it was very flavorful.
