I order on DoorDash they forgot my drink so I called and spoke with an employee and ended up hanging up the phone
Always have to wait more than an hour to receive our orders. Constantly being told 10 more minutes. We only order from here... because it?s closer to home, but this location really needs better service. Read more
So - it is true you get what you pay for! They might be the lowest cost pizza and used to be good but like many things in this... country, quality has gone by the wayside. 1st - they claim hot 'n ready....last 3 visits have had to wait up to 15 minutes (btwbehind a crowd in a small space with no one wearing masks & employees not even wearing gloves...yikes). 2nd - today's visitwhich will most likely be my last, the pizza looked and tasted as though it was made much earlier in the day and reheated. Thecrust was close to burned and too chewy/hard and stale so had to be cut off. The upper part was definitely over cooked (orcooked twice). Looks like I'll have to drive farther or get home delivery for some good and decent pizza! Read more
I normally enjoy Little Caesars but this location has some of the most incompetent and blatantly rude employees of any store... I've ever visited, that is if they even acknowledge your existence. Don't be surprised if you wait at the register for 10+minutes waiting to get your order taken, even if you try to get their attention the employees will look over at you, not sayanything, and return to whatever it is they were doing (standing around or pretending to look busy). They will actively ignorecustomers even when the store isn't busy just so they don't have to work. Purge the current staff and get some people in therewho actually care or just shut the place down.
