I give 0 stars to the drive-thru employee with an attitude and rushing peoples order who work hard to earn money and go out to... eat after a 10 + hour shift! If you don't like your job don't work there. My first job was at Taco Bell and any job I have I'mnever ever rude to customers under any circumstances. Food was good, however my order was missing a breakfast burrito, they swapped my donuts for an extra has brown, and they gave me... a random OJ I didn't order. I placed an order through Drive thru, on 11/10/2022 at around 8:40 pm. The person taking our order sounded clear and friendly... over the speaker. Once at the drive thru window, he was smiling and very enthusiastic. My husband, my daughter and I, noticedhis great customer service skills. We eventually asked for his name to leave a review to thanked him for making our day with hisgreat attitude and friendliness.
