Rooms were great. Service in sports bar was amazing. The food was amazing. My first time ever having buffalo! The lady at the... front desk was horrible. She needs to go to housekeeping. No customer service skills at all. I told her I was checking in andgave her my last name. She responded with we have no reservations. Short and borderline rude. I asked her what side the room wason left or right she responded with "upstairs." Had I not already paid I would have left and missed a great experience. Everyonewas amazing except her. Read more

Not at all happy tv didn't work not a single employee on the property between 12am and 6am. Had to walk thru 2 feet of snow to... get to the door and door had 3 foot drift Infront so had to pull door thru it just to be able to get into the hotel. NOTRECOMMENDED!! Read more

I stayed here while working out of town for 2 months. It felt like home away from home, the staff is very professional,... helpful, and courteous. Both the restaurant and the bar are excellent I highly recommend if the beer cheese soup and the frybread. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Stacie and Tara. Read more

Glenda was amazing. So helpful and courteous. The lodge is beautiful and the food terrific. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Reserved a banquet room with sandwiches, macaroni salad, cookies, & coffee. The food was excellent & service great.
