23Sep2022. My wife and I have eaten seafood on the Gulf Coast at some great restaurants. Shucker's was better than some of those... restaurants. The grilled oysters were very good. The fried shrimp and oysters were cooked just right. The Voodoo shrimp werecrisp and had just enough heat. Everything was very hot when it came to the table. The service was excellent. Was told that they had our table for 7 available but that they couldn?t seat us because the kitchen was backed up. We were left... sitting outside in the sun when we could?ve been seated in the AC. We explained that we didn?t care if we were served foodimmediately that we just wanted to sit inside and the hostess refused. However, after seated the waitress was amazing and thefood was good.
