I asked if deep dish was hot n ready. He said no. I said okay I don't want to wait so I'll just get regular hot n ready. After... swiping my card and handing me a receipt he tells me itll be 7-10 mins. That's information u need to give a customer before theypay, esp when they said they didn't want to wait.
