Menu for The Crab Station - Carrollton in Carrollton, TX

Visited here for the first time back in May. What we ended up ordering was very good, but I was disappointed that the menu... contained mostly sacks of cooked seafood and corn that are too spicy for me. I had the fried shrimp, which as I said, wasdelicious and seasoned well, but I was hoping for something healthier. Maybe some plain streamed crab legs with drawn butter orgrilled shrimp. Our waitress was mostly patient with me when I had a hard time choosing an entree. Also, I wished our seatinghad backs instead of picnic tables, but all the booths were taken. My son and I went here for the first time. We usually go to other places when we go for crab due to location but wanted to check... out somewhere new. Brian our waiter and everyone else there was wonderful. The Sack #2 with crab and shrimp was stuffed andperfect. MY son loved it. We had a great experience and will definitely go back. Read more

The only down side to eating here was i went for lunch on a workday and couldn't have a cold beer with lunch. Ate the snow crab... and gumbo and it was amazing. Can't wait to go back and try more items. Read more

This is one of the best places to eat seafood... specially for any type of Crustaceans. I have had king crab legs, snow crab... legs, lobster, oysters, shrimp, dungeon crabs, you name it. To tell you the truth, there are only a handful of places wherehave this type of meal with this kind of flavor. This guys will put your food in a bag with your choice of seasoning and off yougo to have one of the best meals you will have when it comes to this type of food. We tried this spot out tonight because the parking lot at another restaurant was a mad house. I am glad so glad we did! We were... seated quickly and our waiter was attentive, taking the time to explain the menu & ask any questions we had. We started withthe wicked edamame, it was great! We decided on sack #2 which consisted of 2 pounds of shrimp (head still attached), king crablegs (2 clusters), sausage, corn and potato. There was plenty of food & it was really good. I like how we were able to choosethe level of spiciness. We finished dinner off with a bread pudding. We will definitely be back! Read more
