Loved it! Had the Tom Yum broth, extremely flavorful, you could even see the chili peppers, citrus, and lemongrass in the... broth.\n\nLove the self serve concept. I\'m picky with how I eat, so getting to get the exact plates/bowls that I want and go atmy own pace was fantastic.\n\nThe K bbq portion tasted amazing as well, but I mostly did the hot pot. They had a small fruit /pastry section that was perfect for dessert.\n\nThe service was wonderful, and the server even tried small talk. Never, in mylife, have I ever had an Asian establishment give me good food and good service, and somehow I got both here.\n\nMy only issueis they serve Pepsi and not Coke. Read more

The food is good but the customer service is awful, negative and unfriendly. They left our table full of dirty dishes without... taking them away. I found some of their bowls at the buffet table dirty and even showed them the dirty bowls. Worse still,I\'ve been so shock and frustrated with the negative, skeptical attitude of a short colorful hair waitress when I was about toleave. Ironically, we paid high prices of over $75 for just 2 people plus gave them extra tip of $20. I intended to invite myother friends to this restaurant but I will not. Customer service is always the number one priority. Guys, we\'re not hungersanymore so we don\'t just need the good food. We paid for both their food and service. We don\'t beg them for food.\n\nUpdate: Ichanged my rating because I came back twice with my friends (quite reluctance at that time) and observed their much improvementin Customer Service. The food is still very good as I mentioned earlier. They even have crabs and cherries for you to takefreely in buffet area. Read more

Great selections of seafood and meat for the hot pot. The conveyor belt make it convenient to get some of the food. The Tom yum... broth was flavorful but not spicy at all, you will need to add some peppers to it. Service is fast and good. Read more

This place wasn\'t bad, but it wasn\'t out of this world either. I like the concept behind revolving hot pot. It was definitely... a unique and enjoyable experience with friends.\n\nWe came on a Saturday night, and the restaurant was packed. We put our namesdown on the waiting list and estimated wait time was an hour. We just went to Daiso and Teso Life while waited, and therestaurant called us when our table was ready. It only took about 30 mins so not too long.\n\nI got the pork bone soup, and myfriends got their tom yum and herbal soup. The pork bone broth was perfect for me, but the tom yum was a little too sour for myfriend. She later diluted it down with more broth, but the initial taste was too overpowering. We got the hot pot & KBBQ combo, which was $31.99 per person. The KBBQ meats were disappointing, and was just a bad experience. We only ate the KBBQ once becausethe meats were not that good and the grill took forever to cook. Yes, it was on the highest setting too. The hot pot was goodand seafood were really fresh. We loved watching the conveyor belt goes around while waiting for our favorite veggie topping. Iwill admit that I forgot to grab shabu meats sometimes because it\'s so convenient grabbing the veggies rolling by next toyou.\n\nThey have your basic veggies and noodle options on the conveyor (ramen & udon), bok choy, an choy, enoki mushroom, lotusroot, cabbage, etc. The shabu freezer have lamb, chicken, beef brisket and pork belly. They have a sauce bar, seafood bar,fruit/dessert bar, fish balls, quail eggs and an ice-cream fridge. It was really more geared towards a shabu experience. Myfriend really liked their seafood options, especially with the shrimps and blue crabs. She ate like 4 plates of that alone, saying it\'s fresh.\n\nThey have a limit of 2 hours, but the server said they don\'t really check it. We didn\'t sit down until7:30 PM so it was already closing time by the time we finished. Service was good and workers were fast at r Read more
