Placed in order in the app around 7:45, pulled up to the drive thru at 7:59. i didn?t get to the window until 8:29. i then sat... at the window for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come to it. finally i knocked on the window and was told they didn?t havemy order. after showing them a screenshot of the order, they magically found it. insanity. the service has gone downtremendously recently. I have had numerous poor experiences with this particular store but the most recent was the last straw for me. I went and had to... wait 30 minutes to order due to the speaker being broken in the drive thru. After ordering and being told it would be only 5 to10 minutes, I waited another 20 minutes before going up to knock on the door to check on the status of my order, at which timean employee handed me my order off of a nearby table. I don?t know how long it had been sitting there or if I would have evengotten my order if I hadn?t gone up to get it. Overall very disappointed and don?t think I?ll be back. Read more
Spent close to 30 minutes to get to the front of the drive thru line. Driver in front of me left without ordering after waiting... a while. I did the same after getting to the front and waiting a while without being able to order. No communication from thestaff other than a ?one moment? before 10 minutes of silence. I waited over 20 minutes for my mobile order of 1 drink & 1 burger. The burger was room temperature by the time I got my food.... Cars sitting in the drive thru line not even moving. And this was middle of the afternoon, not even mealtime rush. Service wasso slow, it makes me not want to ever waste my time going there again. Read more
