It was around 2:30pm on a Saturday. I was going to McDonald's next door but they was too busy, so I decided Jack in the box... instead. I was the only customer in there(not a good sign), I ordered the butter Jack combo $14. The meat was dried, the bun wasstale, and the fried was cold and oily(old fried). Even the Coke didn even taste like Coke. Had 2 bites, 3 fried, and 2 sips ofCoke and threw it all a way. What a waste. Read more
Retrain Griselda on customer service. I was standing theres for minutes. She didn?t greet me, she didn?t say ?I?ll be right with... you? she ignored me. On top of that, retrain the manager. Yesterday I was in the Drive Thru and witnessed Orkin or whichever company they use to exterminate, they were exterminating... while preparing customers food and working. I find this very unacceptable?to my understanding places should be closed duringextermination or for a period of time at least due to the chemicals. But nope they continued like nothing.
