Great Pizza for $6. They wanted $2.75 for a Pepsi so I passed on that.
So, today I wanted Italian Crazy Bread for lunch/dinner. My daughter placed an order online, which we've done before. So, she... arrives at the store for our order, which they can't find. No problem things happen we understand, everyone makes mistakes wedon't mind waiting even though you gave no apology for the mix-up and acted like it was out fault. After we get home wediscover there's NO SAUCE on her undone pizza that we had to wait on. Okay, we call the and spoke with the manager. "What doyou want me to?" was his response. "You have to bring it back because I have to see the pizza to refix it and I can't issue acredit." So, because of your inability to fix a Cheese Pizza correctly, I now have to return in 5PM Friday Traffic. WOW!!!! She takes it back to the store and the managers response is . . . "Oh there's a little sauce, it just wasn't what you wanted." Sir, there's no sauce on this pizza. Yes, there is, is it right there." If, I have to search for than that mean there wasn'tany, end of discussion. My daughter at this point is HOT AS FISH GREASE and she asked the manager how he was going tocompensate us for the inconvenience. He asked "What do you want?" So, she asked for part of her money back, his responsefloored me. "Per company policy, if I return your money, that means you don't want the pizza. I can give you a soda." Easy to get location. Easy to pick up your orders. Not too bad prices if you need a pizza fix. Parking limited though.
This place has really lost its quality just recently too. Whatever it was revert and bring back the excellent quality in... extramost bestes. I will try this place one more time in a month then I?m going to have to not buy here anymore after that ifhot and ready does not improve. Read more
