I'm a Carson resident and been going here for years and never had an issue calling ahead and ordering for takeout until tonight.... Just got out of work at 7pm and wanted to call ahead to order take out and nobody answered the phone. Called maybe 5-10 timesstill no answer. Assuming they were closed since it was Veterans day, but I drove to rhe restaurant and they were open! I wentinside and complained and all the guy had to say was he was the only one working both rooms. Sounded ridiculous as both roomsweren't even packed. I counted maybe 3-4 families in the entire restaurant. This guy could have picked up the phone and had beendone with the phone call order in 3 mins or less as my order wasn't complicated at all. I probably won't be ordering here anytime soon after tonight. Read more

This place needs a TOTAL RENOVATION ASAP!!! Makes one wonder the food handling they have when their place is in bad need of a... total make over. Service was so-so coz I couldn't blame the poor girl being by herself taking care of dine in diners as well asphone orders and pick up. Ordered Garlic chicken...... there is absolutely no presence of garlic in the dish...... I asked ifthis was their garlic chicken and it was ..... they use GARLIC POWDER to make it . The dish tastes more like pepper chicken cozthere's a lot of black pepper in it. I think this will be the last time I will be dining at this place. See for yourself folks! Read more

Same good taste as other franchises of Thai Original BBQ. Same old carpets, aquarium, etc too ???? the owners should invest on... upgrading the looks of their restaurant. The carpet is super old, it's gross. Food ia good, but it can be served warmer. The guywho served us today, Wednesday at 4-5pm is awesome. He was the only one serving all tables, to go and phone-in orders. Ownersshould give him a pay raise! Read more
