Cartersville, GA first time ever eating chicken from this particular establishment. Crust on the chicken was so hard around the... edges I couldn't chew it had to spit it out the rest of the chicken was OK. Whats funnier we went to one closer to where we werestaying, we ordered an 8pc and was told they only had 6 pieces and couldn't accommodate us so we left and went to this onefurther out. Read more

This is the fourth time I have stopped here for lunch over the past few weeks and every time the food has gone down the chicken... has no flavor like it's been breaded with nothing no seasonings or anything of that nature and always very dry the skin andcrushed are so hard you can't eat it. The french fries have always been overcooked to the point of almost burnt I opted for macand cheese this round and it seems like it had been sitting in the warmer all day very disappointed with the food from thisparticular Bojangles as it used to be one of the better places to eat don't know what has happened but in my opinion they wentfrom a 10 to a 2 in the last 6 months.
