I got what I ordered & everything was good except for the FF they were a bit old. This was the 1st time since about 3-4 months... ago when I decided to give the FF a try again (cuz I didn't like them when yall changed them all those yrs ago) that theyweren't good. Read more
When I walked in before I got to the counter I heard several of the staff sound off that a customer was heading to the register.... The focus of the restaurant is on the person walking in the door. That is rare these days with their competitors. I am oftenignored for too long before I am acknowledged. Excellent Apple pecan salad as usual. Food was okay. We asked for a large drink and were given a medium. When we informed the worker she advised that she didn't ring... us up for a large and closed the window and walked away. We sat at the window as it was unclear if she would allow us to pay theupcharge and we also need our straw and spoon. Read more
This location generally has fast and friendly service unlike some others I've been to. I'm only giving 4 stars because the... dining room has been closed several times at roughly 5:00 PM when I stop by. I understand the staff shortage issue thateverywhere has been facing, but they seem to be closed more than other establishments. Read more
