Terrible service. Staff looks like they would want to be literally anywhere else. Drive through slow and rude - been there... multiple times and had the same experience. Food is fine - what you would expect fast food to be. Read more
I used the drive through later at night during a tropical storm. The order taker ( receipt says Ma'Konaughey, cool name btw) was... really welcoming and made me laugh when he said " it's a great night here" great attitude! Garbage customer service. Very unprofessional and non courteous staff. Went there for lunch and I ordered at the drive thru. The... girl taking orders kept rushing me and I told her to please not rush me since I was asking my family what they wanted.(they weresitting in the back seat) I finally get to the window and all the staff kept staring at us and making rude gestures. When there is 1 car at the drive-thru holding up 7-8 others stacked up, ask them to park and move on to the other cars behind... them. Our blizzards sat so long that they were soupy by the time we got to the window. The key isn't to wait to make theblizzards.
