pie pass dint work. I skipped the line and waited in the pie-pass line 5-10mins and wasn't even served after the current... customer. the one behind me said 'I'm next', and front desk served them without listening to me. you need to make the schemework as advertised and train the staff. otherwise don't have such schemes. Yes, I pressed the button in the app before going inbut no one cared. I'm giving 3 stars because the pizza was good and was ready on time, although I couldn't pick it up on time. Read more
I don?t like giving negative reviews, however my experiences have been beyond ridiculous. They never answer the phone, rarely... have a delivery driver and I can?t order online. Says my address is ?not valid for deliver? even though it is because this storehas delivered before. This makes two Sundays in a row I can?t order a pizza! Go elsewhere. Read more
Ordered a cheese and pepperoni. I received two cheeses. Look at the reviews on google. It may be time in a management change if... you are consistently getting bad reviews. How the heck do you screw up something easy as putting pepperoni on a pizza when theorder should be reviewed several times before it leaves the store. I wish I could rate in negatives. I order pizza with jalapeños, onions, green peppers, roasted red peppers and CHEESE.. but the... pizza was tasteless it had no cheese no sauce. Even though I asked for extra sauce. This store is the worst and dominos pizza isget worst day by day. New automated phone ordering system is miserable. It?s apparently not possible to call in an order to this store. When you... call, you get an automated system. The automated system misheard the order and didn?t have a method for updating it. Itsubmitted the order despite my efforts to cancel it. Called back again and pressed the right amount of options to get connectedto a human to fix it. Waited on hold the 15 minutes it took me to drive to the store. Then the store personnel said they wereunable to fix the order because it was an ?online order.? I explained that I had called to place the order and tried callingback to fix it. They acknowledged it?s not currently possible to call in an order and said there was nothing they could do. Oneof the most frustrating experiences I?ve ever had trying to order a pizza. Read more
