I'm not sure what happened to this location it use to be top notch. Lately it has been horrible. It was 12pm on a Saturday and I... was told we do not have glazed donuts then I asked for a different kind,I was told we don't have that. Everytime I go theynever have donuts or my coffee is never right.. Whomever is the owner needs to do a redo on staff. Your business will beshutting down soon if you do not fix your place. Went there two days in a row. First day my coffee came with a peice of plastic in it. Second day walked in to hear 2 or 3 young... men cussing and yelling and playing around with each other. Having no regard for their in store customers. Speaking bad abouttheir drive through customers. Read more
This may be the worst restaurant I?ve ever had to deal with in 36 years. The order is never right. I have ordered from here 30+... times and the order has, not once, been right. The order is always late. The donuts are always sub Par. They are always out ofstuff even if you order right when they open. They?re lucky there isn?t another donut shop nearby or they would be put out ofbusiness in a second. What a shame. Read more

Sadly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any Dunkin I?ve been to. When my husband and I got there to pick up... an online order we noticed that the door was locked even though the store hours clearly stated the store is open. We saw twopeople on their phones inside sitting at a table and when they saw us one person got up and started doing something at thecounter. No one spoke with us. Finally the second person looked up from her phone and motioned with her hands that we need to goaround in the drive through. We did just that. We had one other car in front of us and the wait took so long we ended upshutting the engine off in the vehicle. When we pulled up to the window for order pick up the person that made the coffee keptwalking back and forth and each time staring at us like we were inconveniencing them/ or they were upset. We were never asked ifwe wanted cream or sugar. When we finally received the beverage the person at the drive through window handed it over without aword, and frowning. The coffee tasted watered down. Save yourself the hassle and make your coffee at home it?ll be a much betterexperience. If this is the kind of customer service permissible at this location the business will be run into the ground. Toobad zero stars isn?t an option. Read more
