Horrible Restaurant at Crossroads Plaza. Asked for fries as a side and given Basmati Rice. Up on asking for fries, the guy with... long hair on counter said sorry i will bring it your table. Waited the whole time and they never bring fries. Basically, Messedup the order. I will never go back there again! I don?t recommend anyone to go and spend money on such lousy customer service. I ordered lamb gyro combo 3rd visit in as many months and still had the same results. First I would like to say in the past this... place has been decent for a quick gyro but as of late they have gone up on prices up (kinda to be expected) and quality has wentdown gyro had little meat but a ton of lettuce,French fries 4.50 for a cup of fries what joke. Staff was polite and the restaurant was pretty clean. The food was super mediocre, took a long time to come out, and wasn?t... right when I got it back. It was a ghost town inside. Food was very good, but the staff could not have cared less if we ate there or not. There was a... steady stream of Delivery drivers coming in (UberEats, DoorDash) and I am happy for them for that. The pita sandwich was good but the fries were very overcooked. my guess is that they were already made and refried to get them... warm but overcooked them. 100% of the fries were inedible. The first time i ever buy any food that comes with fries and getfries that are this bad. I didn't go back to the location to complain as it is a 30 min each way so it was not worth it.
