Had a long day and I was starving. I was too tired to go sit at a bar or full service restaurant. Thanksgiving eve and I knew I... wasn?t gonna eat much until thanksgiving dinner. Got there without realizing that it was about five minutes to close. I rolledthrough the drive thru pretty slowly. I was gonna just keep going but an employee saw me. He opened the togo window andpolitely asked what he could do for me, as if I was the first customer of the day. Not the last. That?s what I call absolutelyamazing customer service. Anyone who has lived in the area and frequented this restaurant over time knows it has gotten consistently worse. Now it is... pointless to go in (unless you like being treated badly or ignored) or fight through the drive thru line, where you do getstandard McDonald's food. Just make sure you check your order, because there is a better than 50% chance it will be wrong! Read more
I had been so excited to get an adult happy meal, we got there, no one greeted us, the manager stood around singing a song,... cracking jokes as myself and 5 or 6 other guests waited. Bless the girl's heart, that was trying to ring people up, she didn'thave a clue but repeatedly asked for help. And was told the wrong information. I wont be back to this location after watchingemployees eat, right out of the fry basket and right off the line.
