One of my favorite place for order pickup. Friendly staff!
I work in customer service and this has to be one of the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. First I placed an... order for delivery at 11:45 am and called back to check on my order at 12:50 pm. The employee who answered the phone told methat I had to wait even longer because the pizza was made and they were wanting on the driver. After this, I asked could theyremake my order because my food would be even colder than it already was and the employee called me "dude". First, we do notknow each other for you to address me as such name. Then when I asked for a manager, Tyler M. did not try to address thesituation and make it right. I will never spend my money at this location. The order was $25 and I work hard for every penny Iget to not get better customer service than this. Read more

Bad experience with the manager he did not respect their customers. I called to complain about my order and I got threatened for... not getting anymore food in the future and then he hangs up on me.
