I WAS an avid patron of Pizza Hut until my last tragic experience. My pizza was delivered and left on a soaking wet doormat in... the pouring rain. The delivery driver never rang the bell or knocked, and I had deselected contactless delivery. I prefer to behanded my food. This location has ruined my entire Pizza Hut experience for life. My children have changed their loyalty toPapa John's, my sister's home where the delivery occurred are disgusted. They have just moved in and now they know where NOT toget pizza. Absolutely disgustig. We both attempted to call the store and were monkey barred through the automated system withoutever reaching a human. Papa John's would never.... Ordered hand tossed pizza and received wheat or gluten crust that tasted like cardboard. Tried calling the store and after 20... minutes finally someone answered. Told them the issue and gave our name and was told we'd be out on hold while looking into,only to wait several minutes and then be hung up on. No callback. Pizza went straight to the trash. Worst pizza and customerservice I've experienced. Will not be going to pizza hut in the future and do not recommend. Update: I contacted you at theaddress you provided in your response and no one has contacted me. They use DoorDash to deliver, they don?t tell you they?re going to use DoorDash. DoorDash is one of the worst delivery companies... ever, so they naturally left our pizza on the cold front porch without ever alerting us it had arrived. I will never use PizzaHut again. I recently ordered a thin crust pizza and wings at the request of my dad about a month ago. We had it delivered, and I was... skeptical as to how this experience would be, as I can't tell you the last time I ate at Pizza Hut. The pizza was absolutelydelicious, and I was pleasantly surprised that the wings were hot and meaty - not fatty like some chains serve. Needless tosay, I ordered again (from a location closer to me) for Sunday football and was not disappointed! Used to be your average Pizza Hut but over the last year they?ve had chaotic hours that aren?t always reflected on the online... website and never reflected on the google maps page. Twice in the past few months I?ve ordered food for pickup only to havethem be closed by the time I got there. Not that the most recent time they were closed before 7:30pm on a Saturday (prime pizzatime). Thankfully the charge never goes through but it?s ridiculous to have this happen multiple times. If your closed/closingdon?t take my order before I drive out. The quality of food has varied a lot as well. Sometimes I?ve gotten standard Pizza Hitfare other times the same order can feel sloppily made or slightly less cooked that usual. If I had to guess, it looks likethey have a really hard time keeping enough staff to keep the place open and might be suffering food quality consistency issuesif there high turn-over. This has been happening for at least a year at this point and there?s no sign of it getting anybetter. I would avoid this place because it?s quite soul-crushing to order stuffed crust when you?re craving it, drive out, andsee that the place is already closed despite taking your order. Read more
