I do not know where to begin with my experience here. I will start by the extremely long wait for a table. I am assuming there... were severely short staffed(as are most businesses aceoss the country) because there wasn't a lot of customers in the building,so really having a hard time understanding why the wait was so long. So, I'm just going to leave it at that...they were shortstaffed! My friend and I patiently waited on a table. When we finally got a table. It seemed as if it took as long for a waiterto acknowledge us as it did waiting for a table. It was extremely cold inside the building. The ac was on and the temperatureoutside as 43 degrees on this particular evening! Long story short, when we were finally waited on, we ordered our food, thattook an appropriate amount of time to receive. We both ordered shrimp garlic Alfredo linguine. Which WAS DRY! The noodles whereundercooked and there was hardly any sauce. We asked for more sauce. They brought out not even half of a cup of Alfredo sauceto split between the two. We asked if we could have more sauce and was told we would be charged! I immediately asked for amanger. She came out with a new plate of food in her hand. She switched out my pasta which was better. She apologized and agreedthat my pasta was dry! She was unaware that my friend had one to and placed another order for pasta. By the time my friend gottheir pasta..mi e was now cold. I just asked for a to-go box, because by this point I'm just agitated. I had asked a differentserver for a manager initially, and it's like she already knew the issue with rhe food without me telling her because she camero my table with a new plate in hand without me even speaking with her. I reached out to corporate, spoke with a representativewho claim they were going to send something ro my email in regards to my experience and have heard anything from anyone. Red Lobster used to be delicious but that has changed dramatically. The calamari used to have broccoli and peppers in it and... fried to perfection. Not anymore. It was very obviously frozen big calamari rings and they were soggy. The Caesar salad wasserved in a hot bowl and there was more brown lettuce than green. According to our server the kitchen had made the wrong orderfor 2 of our 3 dishes, not once but twice. He offered to take $20 off our bill. When our food came out, almost an hour later,one plate was warm but not hot and the other looked like it had been pieced together. I asked for a refill of my water and ittook so long I thought I would have to start to lick the condensation off my glass. When our bill finally came the server hadtaken off $10, not the $20 as promised. The service was mediocre at best and the food quality has declined to the point that Iwon’t be back. Read more

So sad! It used to be if you were going to Red Lobster it was a big deal! Food used to be decent for a chain. We should have... gotten a clue when the parking lot was so empty on a Friday night, but we were hoping we just got lucky. Salads came out withour meal, and was practically onions and cheese. Mine had so much water in it I could have drained it. The food was terrible,only luke warm and tasteless. Expensive meal for 2 people and I left over half of mine untouched. Shut this location down orchange the managent. I cannot tell you how disappointed and disgusted we are! Read more

Food was great as usual, but the service has gone downhill... Servers seem disinterested, you have to ask for cutlery multiple... times, there is no one checking on you periodically either! That too on a not a busy evening by any stretch ofimagination! Coming to food, no complaints there... Tried the Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon trio with mashed potatoes and steamedbroccoli... And the Lobster Lover’s Dream – Roasted rock lobster tail, butter-poached Maine lobster tail andlobster-and-shrimp linguini in a creamy lobster sauce... This was outstanding and is a must try... Tried the premium side CreamyLangostino Lobster Mashed Potatoes which was melt in your mouth stuff... And of course the Cheddar Bay biscuits... They can't gowrong on the food but the service needs to improve! Read more
