Horrible Service. After ordering in the store We waited 20 minutes for our drinks. After seeing multiple mobile orders be... completed before our order I was very upset when the barista told me their espresso is not working and would I like to ordersomething else..!! After you made 10* drinks before my order and I waited patiently? why would you wait 20 mins to tell me yourmachine is broken. Why do mobile orders have priority over orders that are placed in the store? This is ridiculous and ittotally ruined my afternoon with my family. And then the barista tried to give me a gift card!
