Before going to Sweet Frog I went online to sign up for their rewards since it said you would get 10% off your first order. The... Cary location wasn't available on the website to select as my favorite location. I didn't receive the email for the 10%. When Igot to the store I asked about it and they said there wasn't anything they could do about it. I also asked if they had kids cupslike other froyo places and they didn't. So 2 normal size cups with 3 small toppings ran a total of about $16 just as reference.The place was clean and the workers were nice. Read more
It?s OK but we won?t be back. Here?s why. They don?t let you get your own sample cups and they serve all the toppings. With a... family of 4 kids that?s a nightmare! Can?t add the toppings the way I like. Read more
Great Froyo place! There is a decent variety in flavors which were all very good. The store was clean, machines were working,... and everything was fully stocked. While store is still self serve for the frozen yogurt, the toppings are now done by the staffas a precaution. This does make the line move a little slower, but overall still a great experience and delicious froyo! Read more

As soon as you walk in the smell of sour milk, and mildew is shocking. I went a 8pm on a Saturday and I decided to still try the... flavors. The employee on duty never uttered a word when I made a comment about the smell, she just shrugged and keep sweeping.There was no good evening, thank you for visiting?not a word. Just a blank stare. The frozen yogurt is subpar, and your betteroff buying from a grocery store. That smell was off putting. I hope we don?t get sick from eating the yogurt. Read more
