This is the best taco bell I've found around the area overall. They are open the latest and I've rarely gotten a wrong... order. The only issue is that the drive thru can be agonizingly slow. I've waited 40min in line before but it seems to usuallybe past 8-9pm. Read more
As with many places these days they appear to be suffering from a shortage of staff. Dining room was empty other than us but a... long drive through line meant we had to wait a bit longer than average for the food. I try to give a company the benefit of a doubt that this may just be a 1 time issue, but gosh, it never stops. Takes 45 minutes... to get your order even when you walk in and order it on there system. Half the time the just close down for no clear reason &management seems to be MIA. You love Taco Bell because it is fast food, but here you could have gone to a Mexican restaurant andhad better food for around the same price and it would be faster. This location needs to do better. I don't like kiosks. food items were overpriced. Food quality was a 4 on a scale of 1 to 10. Staff was not friendly. I... don't like the new look or the ordering system. I would not eat here again. Others must agree as it was 12:15 p.m. and onlysaw one other customer. I went to nearby McDonald's for a dessert and there were 13 vehicles ahead of us. Sad.
