Drive through and inside is incredibly slow and I have given them 3 tries. Each time the food was not prepared correctly or just... badly put together. Missing ingredients is annoying. They never ask if you want sauce either. Worst Taco Bell I have ever beento. Read more
If there was any negative star I will give that to this location of the Taco bell. I placed a drive-through order for bean... burritos and requested that burritos be grilled. After getting home, I took the burritos out from the wrap to eat and found thatall of them were burnt really bad. The burritos were not eatable at all. I ended up through them in the trash. That was aboutthe quality of the food I got. I called the restaurant to complain about the burnt food. I spoke to Tammyror, the manager, andwas told that it happened because there is a timer on the grill. I found this excuse unacceptable because the person who packedthe order was definitely not sleeping. S/he completely disregarded the food quality and customer service and absolutely knewthat burritos are burnt. The worst part is yet to come. The manager asked me to bring burritos back so they can fix it. A toldthe store manager that a round trip to the store is more than 10 miles for me and I asked for a refund. There is an employee who has a racing car and is using his handicap sticker to take one of the two accessible spots in your lot... during his entire shift. This wouldn't be a problem if there wasn't a fourth equally accessible spot in the exact same row thatdoesn't take away from customers. You all are taking the spot of other people when you are working there all day standingwithout a problem. I'm not saying you aren't handicapped, I'm saying those spots shouldn't be used by employees.
