There is a couple of guys that work here. I think they are twins. They brought out smoothies for a couple outside and only thing... he said was, usually we don't bring drinks out for customers. They are treating people like an inconvenience and it's not verynice. I literally had my smoothie sitting in the blender for 10 minutes before I had to ask if he could put it in a cup. Read more
Please refer to other reviews about the poor customer service from the employees there. There are 2 kids who work there that... almost scoff at you for any order, or any question about the app/rewards member. They are consistently out of Blueberries! In my6 years of going to Tropical Smoothie Cafes around the area, not one store has been out of Blueberries, and that too on aconsistent day-to-day basis. The 2 kid employees there make you feel so nervous to approach ordering. They look at you dead inthe face, without greeting you, and just expect you to place an order. How standoff-ish and outrageous? I'm genuinely not tryingto be a Karen - assumed it was just a bad day. But it happened 2 separate days. Tl;dr do not endorse this location. Workers at this establishment are rude and racist I walked in and stood at the counter for a good five minutes. No greeting, but... they did see me standing there. When another woman walked in after me an employee didn?t hesitate to welcome her. Refused togive me an order that I was delivering because I was early. Out of all of the Tropical Smoothie locations that I have patronized, this one is the worst. The employees do not greet you, it... almost feels as if you are a bother. I waited over 20 minutes for my smoothie. I also ordered a chicken wrap and received itover 40 minutes after placing my order. They were placing smoothies and food on the counter without calling out names. Therewere several frustrated customers during my visit.
