I absolutely love Dutch Bros! Their wide variety of drink options, including sugar free, has this former SB loyal customer... converted. Customer service is on point. Always friendly. But...at times, and sometimes frequently, friends and/or off duty teammembers driving in to visit on duty team members tends to make an already long wait very frustrating. This location isconsistently busy with lines to the street. The last thing we want to see is 2 or 3 team members, supposedly assigned outsidetaking orders, congregated around a car, having a chat while customers wait to give their orders. Don't get me wrong, I stilllove this place, and will continue to be a patron. It's just a customer disservice that may be worth addressing. Also a secondlocation up on North Pinal would be nice. ???? Always love going to Dutch! The drinks are always amazing, the staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is always electric!
Unfortunately the last three times I have gone they have either gotten my drink completely wrong, made it in the wrong size, or... completely messed it up. And there customer service is not very good they have a very poor attitude. The wait time is horrible.There needs to be some serious improvements Read more
