They told me the item I selected would be 5 to 10 mins, a hour later I'm finally walking out with warm chicken but everything... else cold. I never order a drink anywhere because it?s over priced sugar water but I did last night. Lid wasn?t on spilled 1/2 in my car... window and my car is designed unlike most cars so part of my stereo got splashed. It?s a luxury car so everything is overpricedto fix. A very young drive through girl didn?t care. Never apologized and told me napkins in the bag. Never offered extranapkins for my car and my leg covered in sticky soda water. I had to ask for my debit card. Not given a receipt. I never raisedmy voice and I was raised to be polite. But I?m still a little shocked at the lack of customer service or human decency. Read more
I will not be returning to this panda express,Glad we have another one on Florence. We came here twice and the food was not good... the rice was over cooked and mushy, The chow mein was mostly veggies not noodles.We complained once and they replaced are foodbut it wasn't no difference. The lady in the drive thru was very rude about It. I was explaining it to her and all she did wassnatch the receipt out of my hand and walk away to get a manager. Read more
Every time we go and I order Teriyaki chicken they forget the sauce. Every darn time. So unless I look through the entire order... before we leave the window and tell them I want teriyaki sauce I get none. Do better. Read more

If I could leave zero stars I would! These people don't know how to cook. I stopped here for lunch yesterday and didn't eat... anything else for dinner and woke up puking my brains out through the night. Very disappointed in this restaurant!
