Second time in the last month.... We walked into the Pizza Hut located on Florence Boulevard in Casa Grande...We make eye... contact with two of the female workers... But nobody approaches us we sit in our booth for approximately 15 minutes before myhusband walks up and asks if somebody could wait on us...after a couple minutes one of the female workers finally comes over totake our order....she seems put out....we place an order of a pizza and wings.....while waiting for order we witnessed othercustomers coming in.....experiencing the same treatment that we endured....one couple had to walk up to counter to order theirdine in meal....We had to ask for our food after about another 30 min.....same thing with the check....nobody ever came andchecked on us...I understand this location is doing a reopening.....Do they not train their help? Breadsticks were nasty, chicken Alfredo pasta was even worse. Chicken wings were gross. WORST PIZZA JOINT IN TOWN, HANDS DOWN...
You guys dropped the ball tonight! Half my pizza didn't have sauce, the pizza was barely warm as was everything in the box!... Bread sticks were barely warm and tough and the cinnamon sticks were barely warm as well. The whole family complained. Thanks alot for the rip off! Next time don't say the wait time is an hour when your going to finish the pizza 20 minutes later becauseit was very clear this pizza had been sitting out for awhile. Read more
I like their food. It?s good but last night I placed an order online and a few minutes later, I didn?t need it anymore so I... called them asking if they made it yet and if not if I could cancel and get a refund. After telling them my name, I got anEXTREMELY long pause and then ?okay, it?s cancelled? then hung up on me. Called back today to ask about the refund and got toldwe couldn?t.
