We went into subway today (7/30/2022) at 3:05 pm. There were 2 employees a male and female. The female was standing at the... register and the male was in the back. They started arguing who was going to help our family. She started talking very loudlyto him that she was already clocked out, and he said no you weren?t so help them. She then came over and was being very rudeabout how many sandwiches we needed and we told her 4. She went ?ugh I need help they want 4 sandwiches?. She then began veryrudely asking us if the bread and meat were all going to be the same.. etc! Lets just say it was a very UNPLEASANT CUSTOMERSERVICE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVERY DEALT WITH AT THIS SUBWAY LOCATION! There should have been no arguing, rude demeanor, orhostility towards us because we all wanted our sandwiches different. Please speak to your staff as they are your frontline foryour business. We will not be returning back to this location after this disgusting behavior we witness between employees andto your customers. PS: Our sandwiches tasted good at least. Read more
