The new menu is pretty good,service is fast.
Food was fine. Unfortunately their customer service is atrocious. I stood at the area waiting to order, watching the employees... have a conversation and the female employee ?scolding? the young male employee (Carter, maybe?) All the while not acknowledgingme whatsoever. She finally asked if she could take my order, I gave it to her and then I went to the register to check out withCarter. Who also didn?t say one word to me. In fact he was doing some weird dance while the two of them were still sort of fakearguing about something. I could not believe that neither one of them even had the basic customer service skills to say ?hello?,or ?I?ll be with you in a moment?, or the ever elusive ?thank you? that seems to have disappeared from all customer servicetoday.
