After ordering my pizza I waited for it to be made the young adolescent started to pull the dough to make a chicken bacon stuff... crust. As he was turning the pizza dough his strings to the apron was dragging on the crust. I asked for a new crust and hebegan arguing with me stating "this is clean" one of the other boys "please just get another crust." The 1st boy started totell another boy what happened and they started rolling their eyes and then went and got the pizza dough. After the boy andgave the dough to the boy. He was extremely nice about the situation. Needless to say the dough was put on a semi clean areawhere the dough touches as the braiding of the dough. When all is said and done these boys and girls should be better educatedabout if you touch something other than the pizza you are working on take your gloves off and wash your hands and stop touchingwalking handle or any thing else.by the way the told them to throw the dough away after one of the boys asked him " can we stilluse this" Read more
