Went to this location and was more than disgusted. Customer service was non existent Heather probably shouldn't be working with... customers as she was VERY RUDE AND SHORT with us. This location didn't have any white bread and when asked what bread wasavailable she pointed to the menue and said all but white. My niece asked for asked for a meatball sub and was told they didn'thave that either. Instead of suggesting another tasty sandwich Heather got frustrated. My niece (11) got a little nervouse anddidn't feel comfortable talking to Heather so I had to help her order. My daughter's sub was requested toasted and when sheopened it up the cheese was not even melted let alone warm. My niece asked for hot sauce and Heather accidentally put mustardand when she realized what she did she wasn't very happy, didn't apologize, rolled her eyes and made another that was less thandesirable and sloppy. We paid for sandwiches, drinks and chips. We then walked to the fountain drink station. My daughter gotlemonade which turned out to be water, my soda looked flat so I tasted it as well as every soda available and to no avail theywere all flat. I walked back over to the counter and notified Heather of the problem she replied "We've had a lot of complaintsabout that and our soda distributor has come and tested it and it was actually PERFECT". I then asked for a refund for thedrinks she then replied (with an attitude) " I'll have to call my manager so she can do it because I can't", I said I wouldwait. Heather did not make a call on the phone not did she walk to the back and get said manager she just gave me my refund. Iwould appreciate to be reached by a manager and given a full refund (28.84) for such an undesirable experience. For that price Iam also paying for good customer service which was not rendered. For the time being I would recommend patrons purchase from adifferent location. Read more
Not impresed and I love subway. Workers need more training not that thats their fault but seems unprofessional in general.
I got a Black Forest ham 6 in and ask for chips and a Gatorade so instead of giving me a meal deal she charged me separate for... the meal so my meal was instead of being 5:45 it was over $7 Read more
Great workers. We came in as a team with 20 people and had only an opportunity to call 15 minutes in advance. It was near... closing time and the staff was more than happy to get us in. I will be recommending this Subway in particular to all thosetraveling through Casper! Thank you! Read more
