Just left this location and 5/5 stars! The drive thru line was LONG! So I decided to go inside staff was friendly, efficient and... QUICK! My food came out hot and correct. I get the wrong bagels and/or cream cheese every...single...time I go there and I go every Friday for my employees. I've tried... writing it on paper and giving it to them. I've tried manipulating my order to make it more simple. I have just accepted thatyou cannot get what you ask for when you get a baker's dozen. I don't think Einstein works here anymore Read more
Very clean ,staff was very friendly and polite. The menu choices are amazing and the place smells so good. I had a ham and swiss... on plain bagel and my husband had a blueberry bagel with cream cheese and a iced latte! Everything was so tasty. Woulddefinitely recommend you stop by and enjoy a great meal! Hadn't been here in a while, so I thought I'd give them a try, as they are so close (I don't drive currently). Establishment was... dead for the most part, which was unusual for a Sunday in the past. The store was clean, but staff weren't wearing masks &weren't particularity happy to see us. Pricing has increased considerably & is no longer a value. The menu has fewer choices &there are fewer coffee choices. What we ordered was prepared correctly & tasted good, however, for the price I'd rather spend alittle more & eat at a local family owned competitor where the food is outstanding & service is great. It'll do if there aren'tother choices, but if there are, go elsewhere as they have become mediocre. Read more

I love Einstein. I go here every morning for my breakfast and I don?t think twice about it. I always get great customer service,... and the food is usually very good. Although, the only reason they are not getting five stars from me is because I?m gettingreally tired of the drive-through being closed due to technical difficulties. I don?t understand.
