I come here often since it is 3 mins away from where I live and every time the workers have been so incredibly nice to me. It was pouring outside and I wanted a coffee. Drive through was empty and I didn?t want to get soaked since the speaker does not... provide any cover, so I pulled up to the window as I have done before with no issue. The employee refused to help after hisshift lead told me to go back around and order at the speaker. I kindly explained and asked if I could order a coffee to avoidgetting soaked. ?My shift lead doesn?t care. You have to go back around. Bye.? He shut the window in my face. I understandthere may be a policy in place but perhaps they could consider having better customer service, especially since I?ve never beendenied service like this when it?s raining.
