Really rude employees!! Lady running the register was eating food and then started handling my food and taking money without... washing her hands. Then proceeded to tell us that the bathrooms were closed due to COVID!! DONT EAT HERE!! People like thislady should not work in the food industry! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I was treated poorly as a paying customer. I?m 4 months pregnant and was denied the right to use the restroom... and was told to go elsewhere to do so. The employee was VERY nonchalant and the least empathetic. I would NEVER spend a dollarat any of the subway fast food chains because of this. This was my first and last experience. What a bad impression. I asked forthe manager and he denied me that right to escalate the chat, he then said that I couldn?t use the restroom due to the fact thatthey didn?t want to be exposed to Covid. There was a woman in the back that heard all of this and did nothing. She came outafter we left. They were just eager to clean and shutdown the store. They were not focused on customer service or just beingdecent human beings. All public businesses have restrooms for paying customers especially for disabled or pregnant persons evenduring the pandemic. I?m pregnant for Christ sake. I?m healthy as an ox. Unbelievable that he?s so worried about Covid exposurebut that same employee was cleaning when we entered the store and didn?t wash his hands before making sandwiches?- he just threwon gloves which isn?t standard protocol. I met with friends for an early lunch. It was a one hour drive for me, and a two hour drive for them. The restroom said... "employees only". I asked if this was correct and was told it was. We were told to go to the nearby market and use the publicrestroom there. I thought that restaurants were required to have a clean, convenient restroom for customers.
