Today my misson was to get gas then pick up pizza. Then I locked my keys in my car. The young man at Papa Murphy?s was SO... nice???? This was Friday the 3rd at 5:00. Don?t know his name but he gave me his phone, helped me keep in touch with my grandson. Oh So nice to have someone treat me with respect even though I?d locked my keys in my car. If I could give the store 0 stars I would. Came in today (was the only person in the store) and was told by the OWNER of this... store that it would take 45 minutes to get ONE pizza made because they had to take care of their online orders first. My firstjob was at Papa Murphys and idk if my owner was just better at their job or what, but we never had anyone wait more than 5minutes for a TAKE and BAKE pizza. I could get a pizza delivered and already baked in a 45 minute time frame. Imagine going intoa restaurant that was empty and the owner told you they can't serve you until their online orders are taken care of.... reallythink about that for a second. You'd never go back to that place, just like I will never go back to this place. And If I findout the owner owns both stores in castle rock, I'll gladly drive 20+ minutes out of my way to not spend my money there. Sadpart is, I drove down to the Plum Creek store (also busy today) and they made my pizza in 2 minutes because people who walk into a take and bake pizza place should be a priority as well, not just online orders.
