This location has gone downhill drastically over the last handful of years. Sadly this started before covid. The staff is... typically friendly but not always attentive and hard to locate. The food quality has stayed about the same and the dining areaand bathrooms are usually pretty clean. Read more
Food was good and everyone except for our actual server was on point..... literally the only thing she had to do was take an... order for 2 people, and put it in right, and she failed. It started with some confusion over my drink order. I didn't want toargue so I just ordered what she said I could get and moved on. Shortly after, it came time to put in our food order. I ordereda guacamole bacon burger and my partner ordered the southern charmer. When our food came to the table, his was fine, but I wasalmost given a mushroom Swiss burger. Of course I said that is not what I ordered. I told the food runner what I did order andshe went off to correct the issue. She talked to the server and then went Towards the back. The server did not immediately comeover. At this point I was quite frustrated and wondering how my order got mixed up. The server did come by and said that shehit the wrong button on her ordering device and that we would receive the one entree free of charge. I agree with how it washandled at the end. It is my hope that she starts reading back to herself the information she enters, before sending tickets tothe kitchen... Sorry, I don't even know if I got her name. Read more

We did a walk-in to go order and our receipt said Dakota was our server, however it may have been someone else who actually took... the order, he was a young man with long dark hair and a beard. He had the worst attitude and made us feel like the mostinconvenient customers- he didn?t even look at us while taking our order, just the screen and answered a phone call in themiddle of us ordering. Overall probably not a bad worker but if he?s going to be the face of the restaurant he needs a severeattitude adjustment. Read more
