Just when I thought things were improving with the new Mobile grab and go option, taco bell fooled me yet again. Absolutely awful place. The fact it's the only open taco bell in castle rock after 5pm, of you want taco bell you have no... choice. I suggest you head over to del taco. I've never been this close to being sick. I waited 40 mins for my order which onlyhad 3 things, just to get home and have all my items literally dripping water like a faucet that wasn't turned all the way. Can this place shut down already? Only fast food this side of town and they are closed regularly. Only open a few days a week.... So if people come here on lunch break or get off the freeway they find the only quick food is closed. Is taco bell expectingpeople to online order while they are driving? Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Lets get a new owner or new franchise inhere asap! Pass on this one. Long wait at the drive-thru. Orders are always wrong. High turnover of employees. They don't know what... they're doing. The quality of food preparation is lousy. Operation hours are a hit and miss. Taco Bell needs yank this storefrom the franchisee. Read more

Today I had an associate meet us at the door and tell us we needed togo through the drive through. Which had a line of 10 cars. She stated, I only have three people in my kitchen.
