The Alsatian Restaurant used to be our favorite restaurant before it closed. When we found out that it had reopened we were very... excited, but unfortunately the familiar menu does not taste as good as it used to. The schnitzel was a bit thin and over fried,the purple cabbage was bland and the prices are much higher. In fact, a single can of soda cost $2.55 (which is ridiculous). Thelast thing worth mentioning is that if you intend to use a credit card, prepare to pay the service fee for it's use. Read more

Great food in a rustic venue. The restaurant has been open for a year and folks are just finding out about it. It is a few... blocks from the main highway across from a church and a school. This was our first time here, but not our last. Worth the drive from across San Antonio. Everything was very fresh, service was... great, and the meals excellent. Impressed with the value, as we had very hearty portions for all. Will be bringing visitingfamily back here, and we'll try out some of the other great-sounding entrees on the menu. Recommended!
