This is our second time staying with our RV at Rohrbach?s Farm Market using our Harvest Hosts membership. We can't say enough... about the excellent customer service, hospitality, farm products, desserts, gift shop, Fall Fun on the Farm event, tasty BigDan?s BBQ, and flavorful Freas Farm Winery Cider. My family has visited this place regularly however that will stop immediately. They want your money, but if you need to use the... restroom, they make you use outhouses in their parking lot - with no place to wash your hands afterwards. I wonder how manypeople use their outhouses, cannot wash their hands, then go inside and sift through the fresh fruit/veggies? They do haveinside bathrooms, with sinks and soap, but I guess we aren?t good enough to use them. There are way too many other options tospend my money at than this place. Read more
Are you kidding me right now? We've been driving past this place for years, not knowing what was inside. We thought it was just... some small produce thing. This time through though, we finally stopped and I'm glad I did. This place is pretty awesome. Goodselection of some produce, but lots of tasty products as well. We especially liked the apple cider and the wine selection. Wealso tried a few baked goods that we liked. We liked this place so much, we're going to make sure to stop every time we're inCatawissa. Ate at Big Dans and it was top notch! The store inside is well thought out and reminds me of a days gone by mercantile that has... everything you need and a little something for everyone else! I bought more than I needed!:) The building itself is a bit of ananomaly to me because from the outside it looks older, dated and small. But once inside it?s fresh, massive and new!
