Had high expectations to finally try this restaurant. When you're expected to pay$50 for an entree you want it to be cooked to... perfection. My duck was overcooked and tough. When you ask for a wine list, and you're told they're is one you hope you'reserver will be able to inform you about the wine list. The server has no knowledge of the wines, nor the prices. They had to asksomeone else every time we had a question about the wine. The lowest price glass of wine was $19 a glass and yet the wine wasinsipid and tasteless. When you're expected to pay 15 to $20 for a dessert and you're told you're getting a lemon cake withlemon curd and the cake comes out hard and dry it's a great disappointment. When your bill is over $500 for 4 people includingtip you expect to walk out with a very memorable feeling. Instead my recent experience left me apologizing to my friends foreven recommending this restaurant. If this used to be a fine dining establishment it has lost every bit of sheen it once had. Mybiggest restaurant disappointment experience ever. Read more

There are so many wonderful places to eat in Palm Springs. Honestly; this place is overpriced, and the food and service are... underwhelming. At least they were when we were there. Just because a place is expensive doesn?t make it great. We have sharedthis same experience with other foodies. We wanted it to be good. We expected so much more. If you are paying 100-200 perperson; you expect a certain experience. We are willing to spend that much when food or service is incredible. We came withfriends we wanted to impress. Friends with decades of experience in high end restaurants. We came solely based onreviews. Cheap decor, strip mall, sad dining experience. We didn?t even enjoy our meals. And we so wanted to. For the money;you are better off in downtown Palm Springs, not in a strip mall in Cat City. We are sorry, Daniel. We wanted to love you. Somany others do. We cannot fathom why ours and our friends? experience are so different from what we read from thereviews. Caveat emptor. Read more

The best fine dining experience I have ever had. This hidden gem is amazing! Don?t let the outside fool you. The inside ambiance... is intimate and comfortable. Each item on the menu is the most unique and delicious. Daniel the owner and Chef is extremelytalented and has created the most incredible depth of flavors! Try this with your love or a group of friends for a specialdinner, or birthday! It?s an amazing experience! Worth it! Read more

Wow! Daniel knows how to present the best Bison dish I have ever eaten. The atmosphere was relaxed and elegant. Rocco knew... his wine and was attentive to the table. Julie was the hostess of kindness! I will go back every time I am in the desert andbring those waiting for food taste explosions! Thank you Daniel?s table. Read more
