Good food, pleasant staff, very clean restaurant, excellent salsa. It lost a star because I found a bit of tendon in my burrito... which was jarring but understandable as the chicken is freshly chopped to order. Read more

We love chicken. When it comes to rotisserie chicken, it's usually Costco one that isn't all that flavorful... but it's soft and... very juicy. We are used to Costco rotisserie. Unfortunately, Juan Pollo isnt as soft and juicy as Costco. Granted, it's crazyflavorful and my kids fought over the skin, but I wanted them to eat the meat! Maybe it's just a lil overcooked, maybe it's justhow Mexican rotisserie is... We don't know. It's our one visit to Palm Springs California and the chicken wasn't soft nortender.
