If I could give it a zero, I would??the guy taking the drive through orders is exceptionally RUDE?.I mean really?if u can?t take... someone?s simple order through a speaker phone at 7 in the morning without being such an @$$ then u really need to rethink yourlife?if it?s a family business?then u need a spanking or a time out for being about 30 ish and no home training?.the manager wasno help?he just smiles and apologizes as if he?s heard it 10 million times?stop enabling this grown baby man and fire him?orlose business?? So I was charged twice for bagels and when I told the employee he told me I couldn?t get a refund because his manager wasn?t... here! If an employee makes a mistake I should be able to get a refund weather the manager is there are not. I would have to goall the way back another day just to get a refund. Google says you close at 9pm I came at 6pm and all the employees (like 5 of them... not sure they all worked there) were sitting... there relaxing with the door locked.
